Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SuperCane platform, including any dashboard, API, or related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. SuperCane reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the Platform is granted only to authorised personnel of franchisees, operators, and internal staff who have been provisioned accounts by SuperCane. You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify SuperCane immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes related to the operation, monitoring, and management of SuperCane vending machines and associated services. You must not:

• Access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorised data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms.

SuperCane reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this section, without prior notice.

SuperCane will endeavour to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SuperCane will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. No liability is accepted for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

You acknowledge that information accessed through the Platform — including operational data, sales figures, machine telemetry, and personnel records — is confidential and proprietary to SuperCane or its franchisees. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

Your use of personal data accessed through the Platform must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for information on how SuperCane handles personal data.

The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content, is the property of SuperCane or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

Data you input into the Platform remains your responsibility. You grant SuperCane a non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.

SuperCane may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. You may request termination of your account by contacting your SuperCane account administrator.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality and intellectual property sections) will do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperCane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SuperCane's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you (if any) to SuperCane in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
